Every customer will receive a notification of shipment with a tracking number. which you can use to track your shipments online. Based on origin and destination. Expected delivery day provided at checkout and printed on receipt. No more wondering when your package will arrive

General Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Spare Parts in stock will always be shipped on the same day if an order is placed before 4:00 PM. Then your product will be shipped on the same business day. Although we will still try our best to get the ordered parts out same day, all orders placed after 6:00 PM. PST will be shipped out on the following business day. Depending on stock and product availablity orders will be shipped on a next day.

  • Delivery time depends on your location. We ship your products from our Warehouse, and the average delivery time is 2-5 days. To All big citys, we can deliver within 48 hours in most cases. If you are in a remote area, then delivery can take a little longer.

  • Please confirm the address you provided for shipment is correct. DisplaySl.lk will not accept any liability or responsibility for a shipping address that was entered incorrectly including, but not limited to, shipments delivered to an incorrect address, package delay, or costs associated with resending the item to the correct address.
  • Since we are selling fragile items, we take the utmost care to pack your products, but still, we take full responsibility for any in-transit damage. You are advised to make a video when you open the parcel. All our packages come in sealed condition, and It is not possible to temper them easily. so that you can receive it in sealed condition only. If someone tries to tamper with the parcel, the branded seal will tear itself, and that can be detected easily. Though as we are shipping with reputed top logistic companies, we have never had any issue.
  • All refused shipments will be considered as unauthorized returns and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the part(s) back to the sender. Please note that refused shipments may take longer to arrive at our warehouse, causing delay in processing your credit.
  • DisplaySl.Lk will only accept shipments to a valid street address.Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee the order may be cancelled. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Please Make Sure You Meet The Following Requirements Before Shiping The Goods Back for Replacement :

  • Before sending items for warranty service, please contact our support team on displaysrilanka@gmail.com to find out all the details concerning your issue.
  • Return or replacement under warranty period shall be carried out by the company authorized personnel only. The details of service centers / support required are available at the company website www.displaysl.lk or can connect customer care via Whatsapp, Email or SMS.
  • Displaysl.lk shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall Displaysl.lk be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
  • When you order and receive our product, please connect it to the motherboard of your handset and test it for perfect working. You can connect the Display to the motherboard without removing the front lamination. Just fit in the panel temporarily (without using any glues or another adhesive) and test the display thoroughly by turning on the Phone.
  • Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions / types (example: physical damage, misuse etc.) The product purchased is not used according to instructions given in the INSTRUCTION MANUAL, as determined by the authorized Displaysl.lk or company personnel.
  • The protective film and warranty seals on display should be intact. The protective film or warranty seal should not have any reposition traces.
